Cheap place to stay if you want to be in the middle of the Northwoods of Wisconsin. My son and I stay here for deer hunting season and it's perfect for us. Clean rooms with beds and a shower. Nothing fancy here, but it works well for us. The bar/restaurant right next door is great. Good food, good drinks, and great service. Perfect northern Wisconsin hospitality.

I was told we were going for Chicken. Well to my delight this chicken is outstanding. I don't usually get excited for chicken. But I will if were going here.

Stayed here twice now.. ..motel is clean, quiet and has super comfortable pillow top beds. We enjoyed the outdoor patio and firepit as well ..now for the restaurant, we tried their hand tossed pizza, fish fry and then their steaks...OMG ..ALL DELICIOUS.. drinks were great too. Highly recommend!!

Hi there. We have Lake Perch and cod and poor man's Lobster. Feel free to check out our Facebook page at the Trailside Inn in Longshots Tavern. There is way more information there than on Google and that one is checked regularly for messages as we are very busy in the middle of a Friday fish fry. Four-piece Lake Perch is $14. The gas station I'm referring to is not closed. It is not the one north of us. It is the BP station in pickerel. Pickerel is 2.5 miles away South on 55. I just Google mapped the actual gas station and from our door to theirs it is 3.3 miles by car.
