I had an amazing stay, when I first got there I was greeted by a very sweet pup and found out they were pet friendly!! With great staff who helped me to my room immediately. When I got to my room it was so nice and cozy, they came and brought me fresh towels and everything was very tidy and clean. Will be coming again!

Many years ago I stayed at the Pines. Not once, but frequently with my husband. The managers AT THAT TIME were nice people getting ready to retire. The new owner now took the place and completely re-did the rooms. When I stayed this year I was in total shock. it was SO NICE! New flooring. No more carpet. Beds updated, chairs, the whole section where the fridge and coffee maker is totally new also. Fresh paint and decor. I didn't know the change had happened. When I went into the office I was greeted with a friendly smile. Not once. All the time. I have had to frequent this motel because I cannot stay with relatives. Cat dander. People talk of bed bugs, intoxicated managers, having to sleep in their vehicles. Who are these people? I met the husband also. Very friendly. Both managers were very accommodating. I could tell they are from the area without even asking. They told me that the owner is in process of updating the bathrooms and adding on more units. Last, these two managers, Julie and Aaron, husband and wife are an asset to this motel. And I also know to be TRUE, they are the type of people who would give the shirt off their backs. Born and raised in Crivitz. And still there by choice. What does that tell you? Rose Orlowski

The room was clean and nice. The owners were friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again.

Shower was broken. Towels and linen dirty. Stains on chair, comforter. DISGUSTING. BUGS IN BED!!! Mold and mildew so strong I got nauseous. Slept in my car. I AM DEFINITELY REPORTING THIS DUMP
