This Walgreens' pharmacy department has nothing but bad services with clueless helpers. On 6/6/2022 I went to pickup an order of medication that was electronically transmitted to this pharmacy. I went there in half an hour, the pharmacy trainee has to search 10 minutes for my order and could not verified on their computer my insurance information. I called my insurance company and asked the pharmacy trainee to speak to my insurance rep. on the phone. He refused citing company policy not allowed to speak to insurance company! It took almost an hour to watch him fumbled through his computer and finally got my order. 2nd visit on 8/12/2022, the pharmacy clerk insisted that the medications are not covered by my insurance company. So I paid and sat in my car and call the insurance company. Of course they were covered. So I went back in with my phone still connected to my insurance company. And of course, Walgreens refused to converse with the insurance company on my phone. The insurance company then asked my to wrote down the ID#, BIN#, PCN# and GRP# and I handed to the Walgreens person. Now they have to refund my purchase that they insisted that I must pay! Owner(s) of this Walgreens, are you reading and listening! With these kinds of help, how could you make $ and make customers happy??!!

I've tried really hard to be patient, but today was my 4th trip to pick up a medication that I had ordered via the automated system that was "not ready" or "cannot be filled" after the automated system approved it and gave a pickup time. I never had that problem at Walmart, and, therefore, will be transferring back to them.

This store is the worst store I have ever been too. in Pharmacy, no one answers the phone and if they do they place you on hold until it hangs up on you. They have put prescriptions back way too soon (2-3 days after filling) so I'm stuck waiting for a prescription that should be ready. They don't deserve one star.

DO NOT DROP OFF YOUR FED EX PACKAGES AT THIS LOCATION!! They do not scan them when they are dropped off. They are WAITING to scan them into the Fed Ex system and then they are delivered LATE. Calling the manager is of no use because he is USELESS. I had already called Fed Ex prior to calling Walgreen's and all the manager did was provide one excuse after another.

All hours that the pharmacy is open just try not to show up right before they close and check if the pharmacist takes an hr lunch
