Here are my recommendation's :
You can always pay $50. or $30. for primarily small parking lots within a 6-8 block radius of venue.
Your best option is to park in Center City (south of Spring Garden st.) either on the street or in a parking lot and taking SEPTA Broad st. Subway from City Hall, Race Vine or Spring Garden to Girard station. It's a one block walk from Girard to Poplar st.
There is also a bus that runs on Broad st.
You can also Uber, Lyft or taxi cab to venue from Center City.
You can park at Fern Rock or in/around sports complex and take subway to Girard.
You can park at 69th street or at Bridge Pratt North Eastern end of Market El.
Take Market El to 15th St for FREE interchange to Northbound subway to Girard.
SEPTA subway or elevatef is your best bet as traffic around venue on a sold out night will cause gridlock!!!
From my observation, accessability will be best on the Orchestra level for anyone using a wheeled device. There is an elevator to the Mezzanine Level, but except for the back row of the Mez, steps are involved.
Staff was helpful negotiating bathroom access and seating adjustments.

I believe they hold onto a certain amount of tickets for when the box office opens the day of the show, but don't quote me on this. I know that is the norm for most venues.
Parking near The Met is pricey. I Uber'd from a $12 garage near City Hall.
Also - Try the 'BestParking' app. Saves me a small fortune whenever I need to park in the city.
Greta Van Fleet have postponed the final two dates of their March of the Peaceful Army Tour. The shows, which were set for October 15 and October 16 at The Met in Philadelphia, have been rescheduled for December 29 and December 30. In a statement from the band’s publicist, illness was cited as the reason for the cancellations.
It depends on the show. I was there last night and there were some row seating and a standing area. It seemed like people w tickets on the lowest level were allowed access to the 'pit' aka standing area.
Going to Frampton tonight at the Met. My friend uses a walker.....We do not have accessible seats.....Is there someplace we can put her walker once she is seated?

That depends where you're seated but the staff is very courteous so I'm sure they'll help you out! Enjoy the show and let me know!
The Grande Salle is a restored 3,400-square-foot upscale lounge inside The Met Philadelphia, and can be used for pre-event and post-event socializing and private events. The Grande Salle features a 360-degree, marble, all-access bar in the center of the space, as well as waiter/waitress service where customers can dine at high top tables or in booths.
The Grande Salle will also feature a live feed of The Met’s performance on two 70” televisions.

They have no box office to buy tickets at the Met itself buy you can go to box office at the Fillmore or the TLA to purchase tickets for an event at the Met
1 vs 2 is usually just a "when you buy" difference (they're both "general admission" (ie, no assigned seats"). The pricing is to encourage you to "buy early".
There are limited lot spots available through their website, but the cost is a premium. If you know the area at all, there is plenty of street parking that can be found.
Are there any wheelchair accessible seats at the new Met Philadelphia?

Dress attire for opening night?

There is no official dress attire on The Met Philadelphia's website. That said, most opera house attire (which applies to the historical nature of The Met Philadelphia) would dictate dressing semi-formal or formally for the event. In short, the venue is rather beautiful and luxurious in its renovation. It deserves the respect of nice attire.
Can a 13 year old go to a concert here?
