I purchased a bunk beds for my son. When the delivery came it was not the correct beds. The delivery guy was very rude. He came the next day and put the bed together immediately the drawer was broke on the bed. I called to the store to tell the manager he told me to bring the drawer in to get a new one. I got a new one then the next day the other drawer broke. I been calling and calling they asked me to send pictures I did that. Now they won’t answer my phone calls. Since the drawer is broke it caused the bed frame to crack. My son only had this bed a few months and it’s literally falling apart. I spent 1500 dollars on a bed that didn’t even last 6 months. I purchased so much stuff from this store you would think they would work with their loyal customers. I used to recommend so many people to this store but now I wouldn’t recommend no one to spend their money and get treated rudely. During this whole ordeal I was eight months pregnant he told me to bring the drawers in I did and they broke again. My son can’t even sleep in the bed because I’m afraid it going to collapse on him. My son is only two I was training him to sleep in his bed but most nights he slept with me so I can’t say it’s from him sleeping in the bed. The delivery guy was mean and nasty. He put the bed together any kind of way. He build on top of a throw rug and refused to remove it. I had to pull the from the bunk bed 8 months pregnant. No it’s not misuse on the product a product should not need service the very next day before the child use the bed. You gave me a new drawer then that drawer broke. My son never used the bed at this point. The screws and bolts were just coming out which is a hazard
