This is my preferred dealer for service. They are always nice and accommodating! Shane Y. Was great to work with and really took care of me. I recently went in for an oil change and expressed some concern over a few things with my vehicle. Shane without hesitation offered to have the tech look into it for me. On top of that when the car was being taken back he mentioned that the steering wheel was making a sound when turning and would also have the tech look into it. After they checked it out he asked if I had some extra time to get it resolved THAT DAY. Any other dealer would have asked I schedule another appointment to come in to fix it. Thanks to Shane’s attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond I will continue to drive past other dealers to get my car serviced at Coggins.
