I am so glad I was referred to Rue & Ziffra. I had no idea how much therapy could cost. Social Security Disability regulations require individuals to either be out of work for 12 consecutive months as a result of their disabling medical condition or to be expected to be out of work for at least 12 months or more. What this means is that as long as your disabling medical condition is expected to keep you from working for at least 1 year, you are eligible to apply for benefits and you do not have to actually be out of work for a year. You can apply yourself and if you're denied then you can certainly contact us.
