Nothing special about this fair. I was there last week and the food, rides and attractions are the same as you see at any fair.

Usually the last two weekends of July and first weekend of August

No. They barely accept credit and debit card. Best to bring cash. You'll have a much better experience.

Usually but you pay separately for food/drinks. Or there’s typically burgers and hot dogs etc and a full bar inside at majority of events. There’s also every restaurant possible right down the road on 211 if you’re hungry and nothing sparks your interest

I don't think it's set up for people to just bring their pets. And besides it'd not be fair to the Pet with these insane crowds. And of course they must welcome any service pet with proper display placards and documentation. Enjoy
