The manager was EXTREMELY rude and hateful over the phone. When my pizza has been out for delivery for over 30, going on 40, minutes of course I’m going to call and be worried my pizza will be cold. Horrible customer service

By far the best delivery I’ve ever experienced. Audrey brought us our wings and sides, but they were out of the root beer we ordered. She asked if we wanted a refund for it, or if we wanted her to go to the store to get one. We told her it was no big deal; no trip to the store or refund necessary. She insisted, went to the store and got us a 2 liter of root beer. Absolutely above and beyond. Thank you, Audrey! Hope they reimbursed you and that you have a hefty raise on the way!

Every time we order, it takes forever and a day to get it. Pick up/ delivery, busy day or a slower day doesn't matter. Ended up cancelling this order and getting a refund. Given different chances on different days. Honestly this papa John's location sucks.

Love Papa John's pizza. All those that complained about the employees not wearing masks...too bad! Unless you are wearing N95, they don't work! But what does work is the AWESOME STAFF AT PAPA JOHNS! Great pizza, outstanding service and would HIGHLY recommend the garlic dipping sauce. Easy to get to location. Wasn't too busy regarding wait time. Outstanding job Papa John's team!
