You know I don't come here as much as I used to :( probably because of just timing and I been trying to eat at home more :) but when I do stop here my food is always fresh and my order comes out pretty quick. :)

Questions & Answers

Is it normal to pull into the drive thru here around 10:30PM; to find that there are 3 cars parked there, yet no-one will come into either speaker to take an order? I just saw a teen inside, making a shake for himself, at least he smiled & waved.

Why is it I go here every day and yet your employees can never get the order right I order a large fry with two mcchikens no mayonnaise and nuggets with drinks and the fries are always cold the sandwiches always has mayo

The only answer I have is they did change managers. I guess this manager isn't cutting it. I've changed locations where I go several times since covid and some are running fine some are awful but it seems like the ones that are running fine they take the manager away and send them away and the place falls apart again. It doesn't make sense and I've complained several times to the hotline on the receipt you received. But of course to no avail they're working on it. How can such good places go so bad?

Why the heck are the sauces extra money, they tripping out. Every other mcdonalds has sauces for free, calling corporate, like dammm

Because economics - it is assumed you will get a certain amount of sauces per item, which is factored into the over-all charge. Want more, its costs a small bit more
