I had many wonderful experiences with Chris and his services for device repair. He's honest and doesn't try to push anything. I've had my Note 10+ screen cracked, and unusable a couple times. Without a problem Chris was able to repair it phenomenally and suggested for aftermarket back cover to save me some money.I was delighted with the opportunity and rejoiced when he was also able to replace my battery. Also a few days ago my smart watch stopped working and he was able to clean it and take a look, free of charge. Chris is like Louis Rossmann of western mass device repair and hoping for his business to grow for the wonderful services he does. He's very respectful, professional and by far the best place to go for fast, quality and excellent price. I will be coming back if I run into more repair needs, and I would suggest this place over any other repair store or repair centers.

That Smartphone/computer in your pocket becomes a near essential for everyday life. For the first time, mine (a Google Pixel 3) wouldn't charge. Of course, Verizon would be happy to sell me a new phone-Staples too. But the phone is fine (otherwise), I will get another one sometime down the road. Both stores couldn't fix my phone, and Staples said they would have to "send it our"; both said you could try Ace Vapor. On a Saturday morning, I went to see Chris with some trepidation. He determined there was some dirt/foreign material n the charging bay. With a sharp tool, some air and chemical spray, he had it working in a minute or two and said "no charge for cleaning." From other reviews and his website, I know he has the expertise to fix most phone problems, I also appreciate his ethical and good will behavior. I will be back if something more serious happens to my phone. I'm a happy camper!
