If I can rate this place a 0 I would. This apartment complex is the worst of the student housing in Daytona. The place is very filthy with the valet trash pickup. There the only student apartment complex in Daytona that does room/apartment checks every semester. Some of the residence living in the complex are having party and arguing on the phones early in the morning and there was a fight twice. Make sure you save your money because they will charge you an arm and a leg for move out fees , even over the smallest things and will not talk to you over the phone about the fees but only communicate with you through email. They have students running the leasing office, who are very unprofessional and does not care for you needs and talk about people as soon as they get off the phone with a resident complaining, I have witnessed it myself !! I highly recommend anyone looking to move into student housing to choose Eagles landings

DO NOT LIVE HERE! this place is nasty! Our daughter lived here for 1yr and it as a year too long. She just moved out in August, the new management was no better than the old. The first day there was trash up and down the hall ways with Maggots everywhere. The apartment was not cleaned, the person who lived there before still had boxes of their stuff in her room. One of the roommates had a dog already there. Which in the lease you can have an animal but everyone has to agree. There was dog hair ever. The that had dog did not clean up after the dog and its hair. One of the roommates got a new boyfriend, the boyfriend pretty much moved in. He was left there while she went to work. he never left. This was brought to management, and they did nothing! 2 of the girls in the apartment did not clean, so they needed up with bugs and roaches. Management did not address this issue with either girl. They would leave dishes and food out for weeks at a time. My daughter either stayed in her room or went to her boyfriends. When we moved her out, I opened the refrigerator and just about throw up over the smell. It was nasty. There was bugs in refrigerator. We ended up buy another refrigerator that our daughter could keep in her room. Management was useless and did nothing. I would not let your son or daughter stay here while in school!!!!

Theirs stealing bikes and tires. Management is uninformed. Everyone has an opinion lack of communication. Parking is scarce even if your car is in a safe spot as a guest, you will still get towed. Be carefull

My son lives here. It's ok. Sometimes very dirty-garbage overflowing in the outdoor hallways, but that is students being immature and messy, not the fault of facilities. Maybe they need a better system for trash. Could not get to recycling because it had trash overflowing. Decent but small workout room. Wi-fi provided. Utilities seem overpriced, about $90 per month.
