Yes it's nice you can sit up along the boardwalk area .Along the walk you have food,games,and nice viewing for pictures.Than you can also lay or walk along the beach shore that is a lil closer to the water.

Daytona Beach Pier is an average sized pier. The pier itself hosts the restaurant Joe's Crab Shack midway. Just beyond Joe's Crab Shack is a tiki bar and stage that often has live music. I personally live in Naples, FL where the Naples pier to me, is definitely one of the smallest piers. Daytona Beach Pier seems big to me.

The fireworks ended 2 weeks ago but the arcades are still open. The one arcade with the three clown heads above it has some good amusement games and is a nice place to sit at the tables and chairs outside and look at the ocean. They have a food counter with hamburgers, hot dogs, ice cream, beer, soft drinks and a large list of other things to order. The shop around the corner has saltwater taffy and souvenirs. All in all it's a nice place to come and see the historic Daytona boardwalk. It might be a little run down but most boardwalks are.

This is open but it doesnt have any rides or ferris wheels. Only foodand 2 arcades with an empty spot in between were there used to be an amusement park.

There is a little standalone bar 🍻 that you can enjoy in the scream zone park. Has beer, jello shots and liquor. Reasonably priced also.

No they are all removed however the do have 2 attractions on the strip one is a sling shot the other is a big arm that swings riders around and rotates but that was $50 for 1 person and $75 for 2

The boardwalk and beach are pretty much always open, but there is no amusement park there. There is a slingshot ride and an arcade, a Bandshell, several great restaurants and hotels. You can even rent fire rings to have a bonfire at night. Use of the beach is only limited when turtles are laying eggs or hatching.

Daytona Beach is one of the few places in the world where you can drive on the beach. The sand is firm enough that cars don't sink - that's how Daytona became the Birthplace of Speed! In the days before auto racetracks, stock car races were held right on the beach. During low tide, it's $20, or free if you have a disabled tag for your car.

Very, very little. I use either the parking garage across from the Ocean Walk Shops OR the parking meter lot between Auditorium and Main Sts. It's fairly reasonable. Handicapped can park free at any meter for 3 hours. At the garage everybody pays UNLESS you see a movie & the theater will stamp your parking ticket and your covered for 4 hours; more than enough to see a movie & eat or walk around.

I agree with abram, and they aren't really open during the day, at least not the 3 days I was there, there are also very few rides, should b cheap, they're small n old

Yes there are many children there and the City of Daytona want the beach to be more family-friendly they are encouraging that There are many rides and there is an arcade with many games in it next to Lisa's gift shop close to the Hilton
