As a home owner in Pringle Creek, it is a very nice place to live. We enjoy the amenities that we pay for, as nothing is free. Many enjoy using the trails and paths. Someone commented on the sign posted “no trespassing” and another person commented that it would be nice to have a “public restroom” available. (Really?) This is an HOA community. Please feel free to buy or build a home in the community and pay your monthly dues.

During the covid 19 crisis they have walled themselves off in their expensive village like royalty keeping out the peasants. Turned me off completely, which is a shame because it used to be a lovely place to walk.

When it's convenient for them
Hi Madalene, There are a number of homes available that are one level. Some of these that are currently under construction such as the Soma or the Lombard. We have another 100+ homes left to build which will have some more one level sized homes.
