Hi Florida, yes, CAP COM was open July 2, 2022. You can find closings on our website: https://www.capcomfcu.org/branches-and-locations/
It's usually 5$ min balance it's your member fee... at least thats what it used to be and what mine is. Not sure about children I would assume so.
