This place has really gone downhill. I made an appointment on the phone around noon for several hours later and they said that was “perfect”. I arrived slightly early for my appointment and wasn’t greeted by either stylist. I figured they were busy. Shortly after one of them finished and again I was ignored. Someone else walked in and was greeted and called back immediately. I waited until 10 after and decided to leave. It was rather disappointing. I’ve had good cuts from them in the past. Can’t recommend them for anyone who runs on a schedule/ want to make an appointment. 2 week update. A follow up email was sent to Supercuts and they did not reply, doubly disappointed by their response.

Lia colored and cut my hair perfectly. I absolutely love how my hair came out. She went above and beyond. The manager is very personable and we spoke for a while. I will definitely be back. It was a great experience and I am really happy. Thank you!
