I was looking forward to some good catfish and purchased an okay dish. The meal was good, but nothing to write home about. Likely not going to return as I wasn't overly impressed and it missed expectations.

Great service, delicious catfish and steak. Their specialty of course is catfish, so they have hot, fresh and ready to go so it's not a long wait. Servers and management were very attentive. Will for sure be back! Highly recommend!

I have only been there twice. The first time I went around 1 in the afternoon the waitress brought me cold fish that look like it had been double fried. I requested fresh and she brought it to me and it was good. The second time I went I took my wife for Sunday lunch and they did the same thing again which was they brought us cold fish cold fries and the waitress was not nice about bringing fresh food, it was almost like I insulted her, and the so-called fresh food she brought me was not that good. When you go to a restaurant and you order food for 2 people and it cost you $35 the food should be fresh all the time and not after you have to request it and it is still not right. By the way the waitress never came back to my table I had to go find her to get my ticket... Not good at all

I just left Catfish Cabin! I hadn't been in years, the food was still amazing! And the staff was so sweet! Pam is still there and she hugged my neck! All the prices were very reasonable and definitely the best place to eat in Athens!! I wish I could give it 10 stars! 10/5 10 stars!
