Absolutely wonderful experience. Came in today with my husband looking at rings and necklaces for our anniversary. Ash helped us right away and noticed that I like "unusual" or "different" ring settings. I got to take my time looking through the inventory while he'd come up with a ring he thought I'd like (he was right on the money I liked everyone he brought me). When I did find *the* ring everyone was so helpful. Kirsi was extremely patient and kind helping me pick the best size and Raj helped make a custom size since I'm around a 10.25 (swelling health issues =[). She also brought us a fancy tray of waters and perrier flavors. The only thing that can't be helped is I'm so excited to get my ring I have to be patient for them to resize it for me. Overall my shopping experience was wonderful. They didn't overly try to sell me anything or upsell me. Ash even showed me similar options at all price points of the Tanzanite rings, I found one close to 10k that I really liked and he showed a very similar one around 5k that had the same irregular cut that I liked. Until I saw this beauty and it stole the show and my heart. Cant wait to pick it up. 15/10

We went to luxury of time.inside of disney springs. First time every hearing about it so.I wanted to check it out, they worker who was helping me out name was gary. I was very interested in a bracelet and I'm.asking questions trying to obtain knowledge etc and the guy was so dry on his communication with me really didn't answer anything I wanted to know but kept trying to pressure me in to financing a bracelet that was $129,000 and the other was 88,000.. I specifically kept Telling him that is absured for me to pay and my top limit was 15k. The female who was with me was dealing with a guy name bryden who when we left she was telling me how helpful he was and everything else. We went back the following day and I talked to brayden and the manager Sanela krestalicia and told them.my budget and I was a serious shopper and not here to waste my time.or theirs. Long story short we browsed and discussed items and the ring I ended up deciding to get is being sized and shipped to.me.. I'd never recommend anyone to deal with Gary however not all people are to waste time. I even asked to try on a rolex and you wouldve thought i was gonna steal it the way he was acting. Its also a black lady who was worker who completely ignored me when I asked a question but she watched my everything move while I was walking around the store looking
