I was writing to respond to Christina Hendricks (spelling) from 3 years ago. I was one of two positive agreements with her but that was in error. I was trying to respond to her post. I have always found when I go into a store I like to look around the store and when I think I have found what I like, I say excuse me can u show me this piece. I like to look at the merchandise n then ask for help. I suspect they were just giving her space. Seemed like she had an agenda. I have been shopping here (Disney) n in Hawaii for 10 years n have never been unhappy. I sometimes go back n review what I think I want to buy n just look at it again. Store employees r great patient n helpful but I do not have an agenda. Wife n granddaughters (2) r extremely happy, as I am. Thank you

Bought a pearl ring a year ago and the pearl has fallen out 4 times…. one of the times I lost the pearl and they charged me $250 to replace other 3 times I was just sitting at a table and it fell out so I was able to send back. I have researched and know everything possible in caring for pearl jewelry because I loved the look of the ring. Customer service was good with respect to Christina I believe she did everything she could, but product quality is poor and company not willing to return or even exchange for something else. So I obviously would not spend money going forward because the company is not willing to take appropriate steps after several issues. They had the ring more than I did for repair over the year. Unfortunate!!!!
