You go to this place and you specifically tell them what you want done on your pet and keystone chooses to do whatever they want and then surprise you with what ever they think is right. Keystone does not hold themselves accountable for any mistakes or wrong doing on their behalf they will simply tell you "we understand but is not our fault you don't like what we thought was better for your pet " I do not recommend keystone pet place . Save your money and go somewhere else where they actually listen to what the customer wants after all is your money you chose what you want not them

This place only has a specific way of trimming dogs, if you look at the other dogs you will notice they all have the same style, even after giving specific instructions, they still did with mine as they pleased. Do not recommend.

Very nice, good service. As far as dog food, out of what I wanted, but got it in a smaller size. Did not carry what I really wanted.

Two thumbs up they have made it really easy to go in and wash your dog. They have two stalls with a wide variety of options to wash and condition or deeply your doggy. Great job Keystone
