This store went above and beyond their duties when I came in for an Amazon return for which I was unknowingly unprepared. George quickly presented me with my options and jumped into action to help prepare my return for me while I took care of my young toddler and infant in the store. He did everything he could to make it a smooth and easy return for this flustered mom.

I had the most courteous, positive experience with George at the Mount Joy store. He was helpful, patient, kind, and he treated me and my items with genuine care. I can’t thank him enough for helping me ship my items to an international destination.

I have been using this location once a month for almost 3 years. Doing the exact same things, the exact same way. I liked the employees. One day, there were two different employees who appeared to have been family of some sort. Now I've been told I can't do my normal things because I have to pay for extra materials to do it the way it "should" be done. They also argued with me over an Amazon return and told me I need to buy a box, per "policy". No, I don't. I never have with any Amazon retrurn to any UPS store. The return instructions specifically state to not box the return and that UPS will do it for free. Went to another UPS location and did what I always do. Good bye, Mt Joy UPS. I will miss the nice employees.
