Do NOT Trust them! Yesterday, I brought an 18x24 canvas in to get a quote to send to AZ the following day. The owner told me $88. Today, I brought the actual painting i wanted to ship, on the same size 18x24 canvas. Today it was $116. He had the nerve to say maybe the paint was heavier! THE PAINT WAS HEAVIER! Really? Same Canvas! Same Location! Refused to honor the quote. I will never trust that guy again. UPS was cheaper and much friendlier! BAD BUSINESS!!! Then the owner replies back and tries to LIE about the size of the canvasses being different. I am an artist and I only use 18x24 canvasses! He measured it yesterday and I said "18x24" while he was measuring it! LIE! LIE! LIE! *** UPDATED 02/14/2022 *** We recently found that 2 people filed negative reviews on our Google business page. We found it odd as we didn't recognize the names as clients. Turns out the owner of this business and his girlfriend fraudulently posted fake negative reviews on our page. See pics. What a DIRTBAG and CRIMINAL!

Aaron is awesome. I've been there several times to do everything from notarizing to packing and shipping to dropping of packages and have never been disappointed or put off. He even gave me ideas that would cut my costs of shipping multiple products even though he gets nothing in return for it. He is a professional and is good at what he does. We will always use him and support small businesses. Thank you Aaron.

Went to 2 UPS stores and called several others to pack and ship a large cedar chest to Chicago. No one could help. Then one place suggested Aaron at PAC n Send. When I called, Aaron said to bring it in and he'd handle it. He did it without a problem! He polished it, bubble wrapped it and made a crate with foam lining for it. He's so knowledgeable and so helpful. I'll definitely go there again and recommend him to others.
