Hot coffee was cold. Bagel w/cream cheese container bag and paper wrap was soiled with green pesto substance (I assume). Showed employee. Response was 'just something from another order got on there'. Oh boy, first and last time here.

The lady behind the counter that made my ice cream was really nice and explained all the different types of ice cream I could get in everyway possible.

Person doing drive thru this morning was very rude and annoying, she messed up our order, and then tried to argue with us because of her mistake. I work in customer service too, and that’s not how you speak to customers.

I went there today and witnessed amazing customer service. The young man in the drive thru treated me so kindly. He was dealing with a disgruntled customer and still remained so professional. It was unfortunate to see customers treat these employees poorly but he was sweet as can be and I truly hope he is acknowledged for his positive behavior!
