Yolanda the manager for 25years was horrible. Terrible customer service and professionalism. Never asked if we needed help, brought my family of four in for shoes. Yolanda was on her personal cell phone the entire time and when we were checking out she made us wait while she used the store phone to call her personal phone that she just lost in the store and made another employee run around the store looking for it. When we commented on how rude she was being, she replied “it’s a $700 phone, that I pay for”. Yolanda was very unprofessional. My family and I live in Naples year round and have been to this store many times for our shoe purchases, but not sure we will be back unless someone can light a fire under Yolanda and get her to understand good customer service skills as she should be a role model of this standard being the manager. Next day shipping does not necessarily mean it will arrive the next day. This is due to many factors such as time of order placement, holidays, delays in shipping, etc. If an order is placed after 12:30 p.m. ET on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday (except for holidays), it will be processed on the next business day. If a holiday falls on a weekend, then the Friday before and the Monday after should be considered as a holiday for purposes of processing an order. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the next business day. SHOE SHOW, INC. is not responsible for late orders due to schedules set by the delivery company. Deliveries cannot be made on weekends or holidays (and weekends should not be included in transit-time calculations). We do not ship shoes outside of the U.S. Gift cards will be shipped separately.
We ask that you please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to be transferred between banks, this does not include weekends or federal holidays.
We ask that you pick up your order within 3 days. Make sure to keep an eye on your email confirmation and pickup confirmation, as it will have an exact date and the address of the pick-up location.
