I am in the process of purchasing a unit in Key Royal at this time. The current fees are $800 quarterly which includes access to amenities (very nice pool area, small fitness room, clubhouse), grounds upkeep, M-F door-side garbage pick-up (a nice feature), and basic cable. Not certain but since the fee is quoted as quarterly I'm going to assume it is payed quarterly.
