The nurses and assistants are kind and compassionate! Specially Ms. Park and Christine! Glad to see my father is getting better. His room was neat and clean. The physical therapist, Caroline is wonderful! All the staff today were great! 🙏 I had to change my rating since during the last couple of months my father stayed at this facility, he had a couple of accidents which were not brought out to the family’s attention nor taking seriously. One of them was a broken toe. He had several bruises on his legs, and his feet swollen, and no one knew what had happened, although my father said he felt in the bathroom after taking a shower. I ended up making a complain and met with the staff but it was too late. I decided to switch facilities and he is in a better place now.
