Hours are not great, they close too early on the weekends. Still very dirty in the bathrooms, sauna, and pool. Witnessed staff members being very rude to customers during closing. Also not playing NFL games on Sundays.

This gym has fancy equipment and is relatively clean but as someone who drives out of the way to this gym and pays $$$ just to use the pool, little things make the experience frustrating. Last year it took at at least 4 months for them to replace the barely functional hair dryers in the womens’ bathrooms (people were using the hand dryer over the trash can instead). With a membership you can bring a friend for $10 a day which - ok, fine - but every time they come they have to type out their info on a little kiosk thing and talk to the manager and it takes 10 minutes out of your 30 min workout time. Last month their laundry machines were out of commission for two weeks, no email or notification was sent to members to bring a towel. Ok, it happens sometimes…but then this morning I walked in to see a sign that they are “temporarily out of towels” as well. Guess my choices are to go home or use my shirt (that I’ll be wearing to work) as a towel again. The instant I find a form of exercise other than swimming that works for me I will be canceling my membership here.

It took me months to settle on a gym to join since I loved my last gym before moving and thought it would be hard to match my experience there. I decided on this gym due to the mind/body classes offered and really liked it during the short amount of time I was there. It is not perfect in some ways (non-working water fountains, some machines that members aren't allowed to use for some reason, etc.) but it is so good in other ways that they make up for the deficiencies for me. Emery, the manager, was very helpful and flexible during the sign-up process. The machines are adequate and not overly jam-packed and the place is clean. The group fitness classes (body flow and yoga) had good instructors and lots of options. I used to go to a much more expensive gym in another town before and this gym is no less than that gym in any way. Highly recommended!
