I knew it happend to fast.. like go in to get oil change before my trip to Virginia beach come back and maybe 2 week later my cars transmission goes out I couldn't find it to fill it it was coved in smuy and not a normal location or stick so could they find it if it took me days to. . I don't think yhe check my fluid my transmission fluid at all now I'm out of a car I've had for 4 months and I'm a single parent .. I will never go to a quick lube again .. smh

I went in for an oil change and was ignored.The receptionist was talking with two other people about something unrelated to the business and didn't acknowledge me. I stood there for several minutes. She said nothing when she saw me leaving. Was this because I was wearing a mask? The political poster on the wall might be a clue.

Very friendly and helpful employees. They do exhaust besides oil changes. Our vehicle someone cut the exhaust off we had purchased a new muffler which they put on along with needed pipes for mounting the muffler below the original quote to do the job.
