My 3 stars may just be an issue of my own expectation management, but I was hoping B&N could be my study spot now that I've started my graduate program. You know... buy a coffee/tea, read my textbooks (they're e-books), join my class via Zoom, and occassionally pick up books for myself and my kiddos. But I was surprised to find there weren't any power outlets, which means my study/class time would be limited to my computer battery power. First-world problem, I know. But still a disappointment that I'll have to look for another place to hide from my children in order to concentrate and participate in my studies.

If you call the phone number as listed a staff member will help you find the book, or order it for you.
Music is played that can sometimes be loud depending on the genre, as they do not control it. Kids can be loud, and some days there are events. Sundays are busy days so get there early to find a seat. There are no outlets in the café, only on certain columns throughout the store.
