In this building everybody is very nice and gives good attention....I had a nice experience here...the person that interviewed me was very nice and even the security guards are nice too ....what i would tell is not good that wathever thing you need is the phone doesnt answer and is very important bc Emma doesn't help answer all

If i could give zero stars, i would but thats not possible so im giving you all a one. This is ridiculous. THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION IS OUTRAGEOUS. If you all are short staff, make that very clear. But it is not my problem that i have to put my life on hold for a paper you all have GIVEN ME BEFORE. I have been a citizen for over 10 years. I filled out the form and paid the 500 dollars for a REPLACEMENT copy of proof of my citizenship. I did that in DECEMBER OF 2021. WE ARE GOING ON YEAR 2023 INA FEW MONTHS. The phone number is no good considering i can not even speak to a live agent. The online "case status" is USELESS as if they haven't updated it since February. This is completely unacceptable. I will not stop being heard until I receive some kind of update regarding my replacement copy.

If you have an account with USCIS you will be able to retrieve the appointment notice through your account and print it out.
If you can not retrieve it call them and let them know.
For my interview I never received the first notice for my interview and I did not go to the appointment. I called them, they rescheduled me and sent me another notice.

You need to go to US embassy and apply for Consular Report of birth abroad of a US Citizen. They will ask for various documents from you and birth certificates, there might possibly be an interview.. Each case is different, sometimes they even ask for DNA tests. It varies case by case. As soon as approved, request passports as well. Will make it easier as they get older.

When you leave usa they scan passports and keep a record. This is everywhere in world. Most places don't use stamps anymore.
