The manager is rude and treats her employees very badly. I treat my underage daughter like a thief to my face. We went in to buy some emergency pants for my daughter. She changed them and we lined up to pay. The manager demanded that my daughter show her where the pants she was wearing were and my daughter told her here in the shopping cart to pay with the other things because I am not a $2 pants thief. unfortunately the employees are afraid of this person and nobody does anything. she is rude. she has the title of manager on her head.

Heart and Home Resale has become my 26yr old autistic son's Wednesday routine for a while now. He loves to browse through the VHS tapes not for movies, but for the stickers on them, ex: Paramount, MGM, Walt Disney, etc. Some people collect coins, stamps, etc. My son collects random stickers 😂 Fortunately, the tapes are reasonable considering I'm actually buying the stickers on them. But I do what I can to make my son Smile 😊 I love the employees here as well! They are ALWAYS so kind and understanding when we come in. And I think My Dustin who has the mentality of a 3-5yr old feels very comfortable here because lately he's been asking to come here on Saturday too. The name of this place is so fitting. Because they've definitely captured our hearts and make us feel so at home. We would love to place our Autism Welcomed Symbol here, but regardless, we want to reach out and say Thank You and send a BIG Hug to EVERYONE at Heart and Home ❤️ 🧩 🤗 #SMAARTMom & #MySuperDustin

We accept donations at the back door of the Heart & Home resale shop Thursday through Saturday between the hours of 10:00am and 3:00pm. Donations can also be taken to FUMCH and they will be received at Bruton Hall (the first building before the gates). Thanks for supporting our ministry!
You may be thinking of another store. We only have one location, in Orange City. Our Store Manager was not transferred from another store and never worked at Hospice. At Heart & Home, we strive to provide excellent customer service every day. We love our customers and donors who help to support our mission!
