Xpress Care Urgent Care

This was my first visit to this facility and since I traveled by Lyft, I wish I had gone there first! The urgent care center closest to me had closed, but the answering service was still on, which gave the impression that it was still in business. Thankfully, I had the address for Xpress care in my smartphone. Needless to say, I was quite impressed with the location, the service, the in-take process, the technicians, and the doctor who treated me--not to mention the environment: bright, sparkling, clean, well lighted. The entire process went without a hitch.

It was super busy, however the staff treated me nicely and helped to guide me through their paperwork, and answered my billing questions. My experience was pleasant, I got my results the same day, and was happy overall. Very clean and nice space, and again I understand small miscommunication sometimes happens because of the rush hours since they were unbelievably busy. Thank you for your hard work!

Staff were all professional. They smiled and were friendly. Physician had excellent bedside manner and was knowledgeable. As a physician myself who had a fractured foot, I was impressed with the service and never thought I would be in the Urgent Care myself. Facility well kept except the rest room left room for improvement.

This was hands down The BEST experience I've ever had going to urgent care. I rarely go to the doctor except for routine care. And I typically never go to urgent care. So for the few times I have gone in the past I've always been very frustrated with the process and how long it takes. The staff at Xpress Urgent Care was top notch. Literally every person I interacted with was pleasant, courteous and professional; almost to the point I would want to make it my primary care if that was an option lol. Seriously, I can not express how satisfied I am with my experience. Thank you!!
