I found many fraud documents in my case, a fake UCCJEA affidavit with addresses that do not exist on maps, this court pays a Spanish interpreter (English is my first language), they hold fake court trials no one alerts me about. They have locked me out of court during a trial, This puts my child in much danger. This court house openly commits many crimes. The solution they came up with was to ban me from the entire court. If I can not see the fraud, I can no longer report it. This is in no way in the best interest of the child. I haven't seen my child in two years over this, he was taken from his healthy happy home in Alabama and wrongfully placed in foster care in Arlington, Virginia. His abductor flew him to the county of Arlington who hides the truth. He was told his mother didn't want him anymore. This is beyond inhumane. Completely broken-hearted.

They don’t provide any assistance with serving other parties! Which is ILLEGAL! This courthouse needs to be investigated immediately!

I went to court to reopen an old court case where I was not properly served with court papers, instead they left a notice to appear to court at an ancient address, calling it my last known address, when I hadn’t lived there in years. Their process to serve anyone properly and truly leaves something to be desired. Now let me tell you about the most horrifying part of going to this courthouse, it was having to deal with Judge Daniel Lopez. I was the last person to have my name called in court. I heard and watched him interact with everyone before me and he was being very combative with everyone, even if they weren’t being it in return. He spoke over everyone and talked down to everyone in that court room. No decorum from Judge Daniel Lopez. He was barely giving anyone a chance to speak, before making up his mind, because he thought that reading the court records made him an indisputable expert in everybody’s case. At last I went up to plead my case. I explained that I mailed the motion to where the clerks had told me to mail it and that I only today had received the envelope returned in the mail. He said, you didn’t try finding them! Without them present I won’t allow this motion! Etc etc. I said I would try my best to find them, though they didn’t have that courtesy with me. Then he went on to argue literally everything I said, talked over me, didn’t find any reason in anything I said. He had zero sympathy, zero understanding. I showed up extremely prepared with a letter, proof that I hadn’t lived at the address at the time I was so called served, proof I had sent the motion to where it was asked of me. There was no reasoning with this Judge. I was on verge of tears. The whole experience was horrifying, I would never expect this behavior from a Judge. He‘s not a respectable human what so ever. And I hope people start to notice more so that something concrete can be done.

One County attorney, Court Clerks, court Officers and one Judge are running schemes to human traffic individuals. They wrongfully remove children. Intimidate them till they break their spirit. The left behind devastated parents are asked to do unreasonable "services" to have their children return but in reality this actually leads them to lose them. The parents are then in threat of bogus mental commitments and conservatorships with false claims of mental illness to hide these county employees perjury and crimes.
