A lawn service accidentally broke the pipe that was sticking up in our front yard. Today I called and reported what happen at 9:26am. By 10:19am, SA came out and the work was done! Pipe is now lowered/repaired. Amazing customer service on the phone as well.

Terrible company bill you for a deposit after you have had service with them for 3 months and expect you to pay that on top of your bill. Learn how to communicate with people that pay there bills.

Check with the Service Authority... You might have a water leak as I did. I got no help from the Service Authority even though I am on a fixed income and I am over 70 y.o.
