This is by far one of the worst Publix’s in the area. We patrons go to Publix because “shopping is (supposed to be) a pleasure”, right? Not here…the levels of incompetency and unprofessionalism amongst the “management” staff has to violate company bylaws. Specifically the short and stout one, Edward, that is unfamiliar with exercising free thought and thinking outside the confinements of his very limited corporate box to aid customers in resolving issues on simple matters. Do better Publix!

Zero stars if I could. Went in this afternoon to have an RX filled after emergency dental surgery. Waiting patiently at the window while some lady sat at the counter, looked right at me and ignored me until I finally said something. "I am finishing my lunch". If you're off the clock, be out of site. Rude, told it'd be 3 or 4 hours to fill my RX. Going to be writing a letter to corporate over this one.

Great people! Friendly service! Always open more registers at when 3 or more. Just a smaller than average store.
