I have literally driven by and visited this Post Office for going on 7 months now and they dare not cut the grass, it's an eyesore ,it's disturbing that tax dollars do not get spent very well at this particular facility ,it kind of makes you wonder who's pocketing the money? why will they not cut the grass it's a government office, it looks as trashy on the outside and about half as trashy on the inside ,somebody please fix this problem I can't stand to see it like this it's as worse as it's ever been!!! Whoever's cutting the grass is either stealing the state's money and we also need some flower beds for God's sakes please somebody who do I call???????

If I could give zero stars, I would! Their customer service is nonexistent. My office has made 17 attempts over the last 3 business days to get someone on the phone however, they have not answered once. After ringing for multiple minutes, the call just disconnects. I mean come on, seventeen unanswered calls is simply inexcusable!

They had my mail on hold and lost half my FREAKIN MAIL I have informed delivery I never had a problem with receiving mail until they put it on hold like no I have important things that have to be done with my items in my mail this make no sense I never ASKED FOR THAT SERVE so why not continue to place it in my mailbox

Try going to the post office about an hour before closing they should have enough money to cash it if you go early in the morning they don't have that much money
The post office is under staffed and your station or the station you might be calling may not have someone near the phone. I would suggest going to the post office closest to your home and speaking to a supervisor. They would be able to point you in the right direction.
Besides going online to see the track where your package may be can also go inside to the post office near you and inquire about it. Because it's all about the tracking and if there's no trace of it or where the package is, then you can file a claim for the loss of the package.
They work their own hours and days. Keep reporting it
