SIERRA IS A ROCKSTAR at the Jacksonville (Town Center) location. She is going above and beyond to try and help me get my appointment rescheduled to a time on Oct. 19th and I could not be happier with her customer service. My previous reviews was less than ideal, but I feel like she truly cares and the entire clinic has always done what they can to help when I have needed them. I couldn't be happier with this Ideal Image location and I look forward to their Black Friday specials in November.

They get you signed up, and then it all changes. Need to make an appointment? You'll have to wait 2-3 months. Need to reschedule? Good luck. The only way they let you get seen early is to add more treatment areas, and pay more money. This is a borderline scam. I've paid thousands and can never get an appointment.

It depends on the service you're getting and the promotions they're running
They have goods specials, but NOT GOOD RESULTS. You will always have some hair. Very fine, ",baby hair,," like they told me when I complained.
