If I could give them a 0, I would do so. I have been with this office for several years and I have never had a good experience with them. I have recently been diagnosed with lung cancer. I went in this morning to get a referral for 2 different specialists. They would not give me the necessary referrals. Michelle, the so called office mgr tried to tell me that my oncologist did not request any referrals. As I sat in my car, in tears and waited until I could calm myself down, I went back in the office and asked to Michelle. Of course she was available. Finally after a couple hours and calls to my oncologist telling them that island doctors claimed they spoke to spoke to my oncologist, the oncologist office called island doctors and told them I most definitely needed a referral to a pulmonologist, the referral was done. My personal opinion if you have serious medical problems do not count on island doctors to help you. And I have noticed all the reviews on this office are negative and they respond to reviews by posting "please contact us". Reviews go to Michelle, the so called office mgr. Don't waste your time by responding to them. They will do nothing. Good luck to those who have serious medical problems. They decide what you need!! They pay no attention to the health and needs of their patients. And plz Island Doctors don't bother respond to my review. If you want to defend yourself against this comment, put my lung cancer and needs as a priority. Time is not on my side.

My father is 86 years old. Appointment was scheduled for 9:15 am was called back to the room at 10:08....at 10:55 am the PA came in.... what a crock... I feel like they are just sucking money from Medicare....my dad is in decent shape for his age and his blood work are always good.....and thr PA totally disrespected the lung specialist 😡😡😡 believe me if my dad wasn't set in his ways I'd have him go somewhere else

How can they still work like in the 80's. Every detail about your health is written on paper? Do they realize that we are in 2022? Every document should be computerized just like everywhere else.
