My husband and I have the great pleasure of working with Connor renting our townhouse. He has been so informative with EVERYTHING!!! We are currently living out of state and needed someone in state to assist. If something should arise, he immediately informs us of the situation. He even just sends us an email just to keep in touch and letting us know all is well. Keeping us informed and just reaching out has been the best part!! That's customer satisfaction!!!

All of these reviews are fake, including the one I wrote 3 years ago when I needed housing and they said they would take a couple bucks off my leasing fees (which they don't advertise on their website) if I wrote a 5 star review. Typical South Florida management company. Don't expect a clean apartment when you arrive, prompt service (took 3 weeks to get my washer replaced when it was leaking into the ceiling, had service requests to fix a running toilet downstairs and a leaking faucet in the kitchen ignored for months), or your security deposit back. Their hours aren't awful and if you talk to Joyce directly she'll get stuff done for you. I didn't move out of our very meh apartment because they didn't raise our rent for the 3 years we were there. (They were going to raise it on us by ~$150 but we were moving out of town anyways.)

Unprofessional, realtors are a dime a dozen. Had a scheduled showing and was told to make sure I confirmed it. I confirmed it and showed up ten minutes early and Connor never showed up. I left called several times and text him, no response. Then, at 545 pm, 45 minutes after my appointment, I received a cancellation email. Incredibly rude, disrespectful, and a lack of respect for other peoples time. Don’t use this company.
