Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place! Management is horrible, they are only in one day a week and are very hard to get ahold of. They do not care about the people who live here and there property. They will tow your guests cars even if they have a valid parking pass that they gave to us. New management is needed!

Huge leak and open ceiling for about a year now. All association says is they are waiting for insurance to fix it. Terrible, terrible

You need to check with board as things have been changing. We have many problems here, but they are moving forward to fix

239-689-3080, but if this is for rentals, you will need to contact the owner or property management company that has any advertising you viewed online. We do not handle the rentals for the owners as these are Condominiums. Thank you.
