The condo units are all privately owned. Many owners do rent out their units, but there is no centralized system for this process. If you’re in the area, check the bulletin board near the mailboxes; units for rent are often posted there. Other owners use VRBO. Note that the condo bylaws have several requirements for units being rented.

The pool is salt water. The condo is on 2 bus routes. Route 130 runs north and south through Ft Myers; route 50 runs generally east and west, as far as the Southwest Florida International Airport.
