Lime Tree Park is a wonderful community with lots of friendly people. It is somewhat seasonal. If you're looking for an affordable place to live in Bonita Springs Florida definitely take a look at Lime Tree. The fees are very low and there are great amenities. It is centrally located and an affordable place to live. Many of our clients have purchased homes in LTP and are happy with their choice.

I would recommend finding the lime tree park website and looking for rentals there. Many owners post their own properties for rent by owner on that site.

Are there any available for rent for the 2021 season (beginning December)?

Best to go to the webpage where all sales and rentals are posted.

There may be 1 or 2, but to find out if they are up for sale, you can call the office. This is a 55+ community.
