After an hour and 20 minutes from placing our order on their website we called them to find out when we should expect delivery. They only then realized their orders weren't coming through from their own website. They didn't think to question why they were only getting phone in orders?

Unfortunately I have to agree with the countless others..the food is bland it lacks any flavor. I ONLY ordered rice and gravy for my kids, the rice had a little too much moisture and the gravy was completely tasteless..this is the same gravy they use for the egg foo young dish that clearly indicates the meat would be tasteless too. I won't be back. Hopefully they use the reviews to improve their food

“Fried rice” is yellow rice and veggies. Not at all worth the xtra charge. Food either has no flavor or was super spicy. Fried wontons were ok though.

Hi dayna During Christmas Day, we did have lunch special s price.When you ordered over the phone you told us the regular order which is the dinner price.When you come to pick up we offer to you to change but you said it was fine.
Been Ordering from Wok House 8 years now and I have never experienced any Unsanitary Practices..
