Nasty staff and nasty hard cinnabons. These aren't even round there square and dry. Could barely enjoy it and had to eat just the middle for softness. Disappointed

This location has the worse cinnabons ever! Taste like the gas station ones. They aren't even round these are square and hard! Can't even enjoy the entire thing just the middle.

The heavyset young girl Desiree is so rude. She acted like I was bothering her when I placed my order. There were 3 dried up Cinnabon out and i asked her how long until the fresh ones come out. She said 16 minutes. I patiently waited and came back and she said "No I said we'd be putting more in in 16 minutes. So i walked around and waited. Came back and her and the heavy guy she was working with were laughing and fussing with each other.. she then threw my Cinnabon in a box and slid it to me.. opened it up at the counter and the ends were dry and crusty and there was hardly any icing. Yeah... lost my business. I will travel to Prichard rd from now on.

Costumer service is absolutely horrible. I tried to order one roll, but they acted like I wasn't there while someone else got waited on. I tried going to one side where you place your order but they barely acknowledge me and went on the other side, they were rude as can be.
