I had a complete closet install done in the primary bedroom walk-in closet. From the initial visit with the designer, Lexus, to the install, everything was perfect. The closet looks beautiful, is functional, and was custom cut to our specifications. The quality is better than expected. We will be using Closet Factory again!

Started off great with Amy- then it went downhill from There. When Lacy communicated it was rude! I wasn’t the only person that felt this way either. Measurements were done 3 times and still not correct. When you spend that kind of money, you should be spoken to with grace, the project should be done correct the first time and the communication would help rather than excuses piled on excuses! I would definitely go with a different company if I knew this is what I was going to experience. To answer your response- I am going to provide some unsolicited advice- don’t manipulate the words of a customer. The only “misleading” thing about my original review was I called lacy leigh-the only memorable thing about those interactions was her disrespectful attitude. As to what I wanted and expected in my project- we were very clear about what colors were to go where. 3 times because your installers first reversed 2 putting The colors in the wrong place.then the second time the units were the wrong size because they were again on the wrong place. 3rd time- they were installed In the right location but not grouted leaving me to do it. That should never be the case with what we paid. This was also after the cabinets left gaps at the top in the other house so mounding had to be installed to cover it up. No communication about when the fix would be done without me asking. With the attitude of lacy and asking our sales person who then said she had nothing to do with the schedule- left us wondering where her customer service went. The issue with the measurements had nothing to do with the number of times she came to measure but rather because she came so many times and it still wasn’t installed correctly until the 3rd time. As to the customer service paperwork- I was told to sign it each time they came out. Your customer service paperwork didn’t give the the questions soliciting specificity of what was installed and whether it was installed correctly. I stand behind what I have written and would have much rather have had a positive response rather than how this business left us feeling. Bottom line- you can try to water down a real review all you want- it’s not misleading and I stand by the truth. You don’t pay for what you get here.
