Without a doubt the worst rental location I’ve ever been to!!!!! Had one singular person both checking customers in, running the location, and cleaning the cars. Waited for over 45 minutes before I was “taken care of” and customers were taken out of order. Additionally I calling roadside assistance and was told to go to this location due to them having an equivalent type vehicle to replace with and a good amount of vehicles to choose from (however they only had 3 basic vehicles once I arrived). I was changing vehicles due to a flat tire, and after changing to a spare wanted to quickly exchange vehicles and get on my way. I ended up leaving the location and finding a tire shop to put a plug in as it was faster then attempting to get a vehicle from this location. Returned to the location as I was told I could have the amount I spent on the tire repair reimbursed. Arrived and waited another 15-20 minutes before I was attended to and was told that I would need to get a refund from the original rental location and that they could not help me. Enterprise by far is the best rental agency. I have used the Sylva and Franklin NC locations for years. The staff is always friendly and courteous. Always willing to go the extra mile. Reservations are easy with the app. Cars are always clean and ready to go. I wont use another rental agency. A+++

I have repeatedly booked well in advance vehicles to only find when I get there they don’t have it. I always book a truck, book extremely often due to business needs but there is no loyalty to their customers. The last three weeks I have booked in advance twice received confirmation to just before picking up get a call the vehicle is not available. Offer me a small car. I work in construction and must have a vehicle with the ability to move very valuable airport electronic and other equipment. I specifically ask for a truck. Don’t complain about what type I get, but a truck. They continue to fail. You can book a week in advance but if someone walks in that day they will send them off with the truck you booked.

Was worried about mixed reviews on here. Extremely glad I gave them a shot. My husband felt like a King. Super friendly, very detailed, and fast service. The truck my husband picked was beautiful. It held all 5 of us extremely comfortable. Drove to the beach and back with no problems what so ever. Cleaned the truck up and gave it a wash before returning it. They inspected it and immediately released our deposit. Hated to see the truck finally go. It was a very wonderful experience from start to finish. I would recommend them to anyone I know needing a reliable rental service.

YES, there is a drop box just to the right of the main entrace. I rent twice a month and always return Sunday night in Franklin NC using drop box! :)
Sure! Why not ... National car rental companies should allow pick-up and drop-off at any and all locations.
They make it very difficult. Don't want you traveling out of state. I cannot rent a vehicle in Franklin or in Palm Beach Gardens and drive it one way. When this is necessary I use Budget or Hertz. I use Enterprise frequently but they have some ridiculous rules. And they do not provide the car reserved on many occasions.
They do have a drop box for the keys which you can use after hours. It will not be considered returned until the following day when they open and check it in.
Yes, you will. However, I suggest calling and making a reservation, as this location is ways out of care to rent.
Many locations including our only allow 1 week + reservations and certain times. If you call the store directly sometimes they can help.
