I used to be able to pull up to the dock and buy one or two 10 lb. blocks off ice for our cooler(s) when we go camping. Now they say they only sell things in quantities of 10. So 10 - 10lbs blocks minimum. If you want a 7 lb bag of ice, you have to buy 10 bags of ice. Such bull.

Hands down the worst operating business I have ever dealt with. Zero communication on my consistently late deliveries. Literally their own employees hate working for them.

You do not want to buy ice from them. They will make a hassle bringing deliveries out to you and if you're a smaller store that does not need ice too frequently, they will drop your account and never tell you about it until you call them. What a joke. Never had such a bad experience with Rosedale Ice. Reddy Ice does not need your business, and you don't deserve their terrible service.

Worst company you can ever deal with. I don’t recommend anyone for business with them. They delivered after a week of placing orders and poor customer service. They also deactivated our account without any reason.
