During the time I was inthe ER there was 4 hour wait to go up to your rom(admitted). The staff was short staff.. the staff made it work. No amount of words can express my gratitude towards our modern-day heroes: Dr. Irina Bernescu, Dr. Lauren Curtis and Dr. Sylwester Dziuba. These are the doctors who helped my husband survive a stage 3 rectal cancer. This team of doctors collaborated and planned an effective treatment approach to his cancer. They have helped him to get back to a "new" normal life. My husband is now a cancer survivor! Kudos to St. Agnes Hospital Management for keeping these brilliant doctors in your team.

I have tried for two days to resolved my bills I received. When I call I get someone oversea and they communicate that I don't owe anything in my account but then why did I get a collection letter. I asked if I can talk to someone in united states and I was told there is No one in United States that I can call. I have called several times and I get the same results. Who can I call here at st agnes that I can resolve my billing issue? The overseas billing department is very unprofessional. Very disappointed.

They did something simular to my mother. They should be sued. They have no standard of care. I am seeking an attorney. My mom can't useher left leg. They sent her home without ever trying to find the reason knowing she can not walk alone did not set up rehabilitation or anything. The worst hospital ever. They walked her to the lyft didn't even put her in a wheel chair. She has heart failure as well.
