Got here at noon and the floor was filthy. There are only 4 double load washers and 2 were out of order. All the other washers were 3 and 4 loads. I’m a single person and don’t need a double load as it is. Is this how these people make their money? What happened to the single load washers?

This place is terrible. While selecting the hot water option, I stood in front of the washer and watched it fill up and touched the glass window to check for heat. There was none. It was cold water. The owners must have the water heaters to low settings in effort to cut and save their business costs. I'm never going back to Jenny's. From my perspective, a "spa" requires hot water.

Good place to do your laundry. Kind of expensive & they need to fix 3 of the Speed Queen washer machines. The doors on them dont close correctly, causing water to come out. Error! Machine stops! And, they need to open up the bathroom. There's a code you need to open it. Other than that, its better than nothing.
