Worst customer service had to call multiple times to find out if the prescription for my son was ready. They would answer and hang up every time I called. I had seen other reviews but thought that they had gotten their act together, but this is a horrible place to do business with. I've never had this kind of experience with Walgreens. I will be notifying their corporate office to see if they can help this store be better.

I want to give a shout out to Loren in the pharmacy Yucaipa store. She went above and beyond her call duties to help me out with getting my prescription to me. She helped me out for 3 days calling the prescription company, insurance company and my Dr's office to finding a solution for why the prescription wouldn't go through. She not only found the problem but was able to get it to me right then without wasting anymore time. Thank you Loren for going above and beyond while still taking care of your other customers. This is what makes me keep coming back.

Complete incompetence from pharmacy staff. You have ONE job!!! Take a prescription order, enter it into the system, and fill it as soon as possible. Not one week from the pick-up date, as it notifies you from their text message. …

Don’t get tested for Covid here. They do not get the results to the lab before the test expires and the results are not conclusive. When they cannot do such a simple job, they are unreliable and if you depend of testing, this is not the place to go.
